[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide marketing and perception management support services to support the joint service provider. the objective of this requirement is to assist with understanding customer perceptions of joint service and brand, identify relevant influencers, analyse current customer engagement strategies, and better equip customer-facing agents to interact with customers in the event of a crisis. vendor who can assist in understanding customer perceptions of jsp’s services and brand, identify relevant influencers, analyse current customer engagement strategies, and better equip customer-facing agents to interact with customers in event of a crisis, perception management analysis and a scalable plan to support the organizations efforts to expand brand awareness and more closely engage customers, conduct a study to determine customer touchpoints, influence drivers, and primary influencers of the perception of joint Service, Develop plans to positively shape perceptions of JSP held by customers and other relevant or influential external stakeholders, Suggest counselling techniques for management at all levels in the organization in regards to customer service and crisis communication, Develop templates, techniques, and trainings that capitalize on crisis communications best practices, conduct a comprehensive brand and media audit for JSP to complete an “as-is” analysis, Crisis Incidence Playbook and Templates develop communication materials for JSP customer-facing agents to utilize in case of crisis. The contractor should be willing and able to instruct JSP officers on best practices in crisis communications, as well as be able to travel, Customer Research and Environmental Analysis shall have experience with designing, developing, conducting, and analyzing surveys, brand studies, questionnaires, and in-person focus groups. The contractor shall continuously analyse, research, and deliver recommendations on the best channels to engage targeted audiences, Media Planning shall provide the organization with expertise and proactive recommendations on the development of an integrated multi-media campaign plan. this support shall include a proposed budget, identification of optimal media outlets, messaging development informed by stakeholder research, and media value estimates. the contractor shall conduct continual evaluations of these initiatives to evolve the organization’s media relations approach and messaging, campaign tracking and analysis shall develop performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of branding or outreach campaigns. the contractor should provide both quantitative and qualitative analysis and reports that outline campaign results, crisis communication and media training provide crisis communication and customer service training in classroom settings as well as customized one-on-one training for senior officials.
