[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide Enterprise Electronic Service Portal and IT Service Management Solution to e-Service Portal will drive end-to-end transformation and will be capable of managing specific ITSM supported modular service offerings. It is the first phase of an organization-wide transformation of digital services as envisaged by Digital Health Strategy
• Improve service outcomes for IS/ICT customers through better integration of IT processes and information to enable a consistent approach for IT Service Management lifecycle practices.
• Improve IS/ICT staff efficiency by automating workflows and activities through the development of standardized and streamlined processes enabled by an interactive customer facing service catalogue.
• Enable evidence-based continuous improvement to occur through delivering effective metrics to measuring and managing service performance.
• Manage the project risks, issues, costs and benefits associated with this change, using a phased implementation approach.
• Transform the IS team to Digital services through agile, DevOps and modern service management capabilities.
• Enable Digital services through best of breed technologies and services to digitally transform MDHB primary, secondary, health services and specialist across the district and nation.
• Multi-channeled Enterprise class services to enable quality of services to empower health services professionals and consumers.
• Empower and enable users through self-service channels, chatbots, smart workflows, business processes and smart FAQs through artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Think big, start small to enable users, business units to transform and the whole of organization to digitize.
• Future proof to enable quality User experiences, enhance Service experience and enabling Service Intelligence to automate the DHB digital strategy imperatives with Consumers, Workforce Management, Innovation, Data and Analytics, Knowledge Management, Business Management, Infrastructure and IT Services.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 19, 2019.
(3) A contract period will be for three years.
