[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide inbound telephone answering services to perform 24-hour service and require answering services to receive and dispatch on-call staff appropriately beyond the normal business hours of 8:00am to 5:30pm from Monday through Friday including holidays.
- Agency requires answering service coverage during lunch hours from 1:00pm to 2:00pm.
- On holidays and weekends agency requires 24-hour service.
- The telephone service requires a mix of traditional phone messaging and dispatch that fully utilized new technology that will maximize agency effectiveness to the community.
- Highly trained operators who understand the services provided and can give attention to detail in messaging and reporting are necessary to provide accurate and customized call reporting capabilities and offer customers the immediate feeling that their concerns are being resolved.
- The majority of inbound calls are from residents requesting work order requests.
- Contractor shall relay all messages to the designated on-call agency resident manager immediately after receiving the message.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 2, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
