[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 27 X 7 adult and children’s mobile mental health crisis response services.
- During 2019, 232 individuals received face-to-face crisis intervention services from the mobile crisis team and the same team received 2539crisis phone calls
- Of the individuals served by face-to-face services, 156 of those individuals were adults and 76 were children, 63% were female and 37% were male
- 24-hour telephone screening and triage for existence of a mental health crisis or emergency as required in the adult and children’s mental health acts
- Dispatch of mobile crisis response teams to individuals or families that are dealing with a mental health crisis or emergency
- Crisis services must be available to children and adults experiencing a crisis 24 hours a day, seven days a week
- Ability in providing services (including mobile response services) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year
- Ability completing third party billing for mobile crisis response services
- To provide seamless coordination of services with county case management, and the county mental health center
- Ability to coordinate services with txt4life partners
- Ability to respond to third party calls (from family, friends, landlords, etc.) concerning an individual experiencing a mental health crisis
- Telephone response and the ability to dispatch a mobile crisis team will be available 365 days a year, 7 days a week, and 24 hours.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-submission teleconference meeting will be held on April 30, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 18, 2020.
