[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning services.
- providing complete scanning, digitizing, and indexing services for multiple size and file types. These files may include microfilm, letter size, legal size, pictures, plans, etc.,
 - 11 x 17 documents containing graphics such as maps, plans, charts, or diagrams shall be digitized at 600 DPI,
- All other document types and formats (including 11 x 17 with text only content) will be digitized at 300 DPI,
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 20,2020.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (US Organizations Only)

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.

[E] Proposal Submission:

Response can be submitted digitally via Email or Online.
