[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide records scanning and digitization services of paper records to electronic formats.
- Services using scanning resolution at 300-600 PPI in PDF file format, for approximately work volume will be 5,000 cubic feet of records.
- Textual with high inherent contrast (e.g., laser printed or typeset on a white background) shall be scanned in bitonal (1-bit black and white) at 300-600 pixels per inch (PPI), Textual documents of poor legibility because of low inherent contrast, staining or fading (e.g., carbon copies,
thermotaxis, documents with handwritten annotations or other markings) shall be scanned in gray scale (8-bit) at 300-400 PPI, Documents containing color information important to interpretation or content (e.g. color-coded charts or graphs, etc.) shall be scanned in color (24-bit RGB [Red, Green, Blue]) at 300-400 PPI, Photographic prints, including monochrome and black and white originals, shall be scanned in color (24-bit RGB) at 300-400 PPI.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 14, 2020.
(3) Notice of intent to bid due by August 21, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location

Response should be submitted physically (courier or post).
