(1) Vendor needs to provide real-time captioning services to Deaf/Hard of Hearing students with documented disabilities.
- communication among Deaf/Hard of Hearing student(s) and other students in the classroom
- to students, in a college class setting and/or on line, with a documented disability
- Real-Time Captioning in an immediate translation of spoken word into English
- allow for full communication access to the higher education learning environment
- Captioner will report to the Access Consultant in the Center for Student Access, a student’s failure to log-on to the captioning connection via internet.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2020.
