[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide data conversion services to convert and migrate existing digital parcel data from MicroStation .dgn files into ESRI’s Parcel Fabric.
- The digital files were then converted into ESRI coverage files using FME Safe Software for use on a public facing website
- This will also include training on specific Parcel Fabric components and functions associated with ESRI’s ArcGIS Pro
- Implementation of fully electronic process for editing cadastral data within ESRI’s ArcGIS Pro Parcel Fabric
- Eliminate duplication of work in editing and creating data in MicroStation and Parcel Fabric
- Increased usability of cadastral data with ESRI out-of-the-box solutions
- Converted parcel data and subdivision data should have the correct topology
- There are approximately 330,000 Parcels in county.
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 10, 2020.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 13, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
