[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide transcription services
- to prepare transcripts of hearings, conferences, proceedings and depositions for Driver Safety Hearings and Equal Employment Office Hearings
- The Contractor shall transcribe from mechanical dictation equipment (i.e. compact disk [CD] and cassette tape), verbatim testimony of hearings, conferences, proceedings, depositions, and other meetings within the timeframe described,
- The DMV shall provide the Contractor with advance notification by telephone or in writing when requesting transcription service,
- The Contractor’s directly employed staff shall pick-up and deliver in person all provided hearing files, CDs, tapes, and completed transcripts,
- The Contractor shall perform accurate transcription of provided audio and/or video recorded proceedings,
-Transcripts shall be produced in current state of the art software (e.g. MS Word, WordPerfect) with the latest virus control software upon request,
- The Contractor shall review all final transcripts for identification and correction of critical errors, proper transcript format, volume and page numbers, index, and certificate page.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2020.
