[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning service using scanning resolution at 300 dpi in pdf file format.
- that will pick up and scan a variety of document sizes, transfer the scanned documents to an external hard drive, return the full external hard drive
- maintain an automated tracking system to allow for the retrieval of any document that is in
process.
- scan all files, to include removing all staples and paperclips, repair all torn documents with non-reflective tape, straighten all folded plans and otherwise make the documents ready for processing.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 14,000 copies of document.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 31, 2020.
(4) Contract period will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
