[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning consultant services will include: needs assessment: review existing planning and district performance, customized methodology aligned with the district’s needs, assessment of representative stakeholders’ input and perspectives, author the strategic plan, including preliminary report and recommendations, final report, and four-year implementation plan and recommendations, author a method for tracking results and impact of the plan.
- The goals are to advance equity for all students and families, increase the share of students at or above grade level in reading and math, raise the high school graduation rate, improve high school graduates’ readiness for future success, increase the number of student attending “A” and “B” schools, increase the diversity of schools and programs offered to students and families, expand access to early childhood education and increase public engagement and public confidence in
the school system.
(2) A zoom pre - proposal conference will be held on January 15, 2021.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than January 19, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.

[E] Proposal Submission:

Response should be submitted physically (courier or post).
