[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide compliance consultant services to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA.
- Conduct departmental on-site reviews to determine Agency needs as pertains to performance and compliance and assist with strategies for improvements.
- Interpret complex federal and state regulations with respect to the compliance aspects of various state, federal, and local grant agreements.
- Utilize extensive analysis skills to recommend appropriate adjustments to ensure compliance of Agency performance
- Gather and interprets data, apply knowledge of statistical methods, utilizes performance measurement tools and prepares reports
- Makes management presentations
- Properly initiates and managements multiple on-going projects independently with various departments
- Conduct research and develops strategies for recommendation to the Executive Director to improve organization effectiveness
- Communicate and interact with various departments as requested by the Executive Director
- Prepare written reports as requested.
- Make recommendations for corrective actions
- Perform other related tasks as requested by the Executive Director
- Be available for approximately 40-80 hours per month during the term of the Agreement.
- Assist with addressing audit findings and preparing responses to external agencies (as applicable)
- Assist with preparation of responses to regulatory agencies.
- Provide direct oversight to the Audit Department to ensure all areas of compliance are addressed.
- Advise the Executive Director on regulatory changes that may impact the Agency.
- Advise, review and prepare documents to ensure compliance with agency goals.
- Conduct operational investigation(s) related to workflow(s)
- Assist in grant management and implementation.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on January 21, 2021
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 26, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
