[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting services
- Guidance to leadership to develop a strategic plan (program) that shows clear and actionable steps that will take to become a truly diverse, equitable and inclusive organization. These recommendations should be rooted in data so their effectiveness can be evaluated,
- Identify and develop ongoing diversity, equity, and inclusion trainings for staff, leadership, and appointed and elected board members,
- Develop a diversity, equity and inclusion communication strategy to ensure the internal organization and the community is informed about our efforts.
- Strategies for proactive engagement in Legislative efforts to eliminate structural racism and bias including the evaluation of and implementation of strategies in response to legislation that has been approved.
- Please provide your definition of what the success of this project would be and what it would look like.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on January 26, 2021
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 29, 2021.
