[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide golf course management services to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA.
- Oversight of the daily golf operations at the six (6) golf courses which includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating club house operations
- Budget development
- Capital investment input
- Golf course Maintenance operations
- Scheduling hours of operation and staffing
- Oversight and management of large golf cart fleet
- Overseeing daily cash handling processes and deposits
- Scheduling club house rentals and activities
- Maintaining inventory control
- Food and beverage operations
- Facility security
- Maintain an Employee Safety Program
- Notifying assigned CRC personnel of concerns and/or issues
- Ensuring quality customer service daily
- Working cooperatively with all CRC partners, contractors, and other assigned CRC personnel.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on January 13, 2021.
(3 ) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 19, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
