[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide as-needed written translation services, which are designed to convert the native language of an individual or a hearing-impaired individual into a language format understood by governmental program staff, or conversely to convert English language written communications into various languages understood by the diverse population,
- Language interpretation and written document translation services do not alter, modify or
change the intent of the sender's message to the receiver. Written translations accurately decipher the content of the document, text or message, without losing context, and without deletions and added inflection or manner,
- Immediate action to contain or control an immediate danger or threat of danger to the public health, safety or welfare, or to persons in the care or custody will provide a 24-hour contact person who can facilitate immediate services as-needed,
- Provide language interpretation /translation services in all languages,
- To provide services in additional languages not listed below
- Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, Tagalog and Vietnamese, etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 15, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
