- Prepare a written preliminary review which either concurs or does not concur with the scope, methodology, interpretations, conclusions, and recommendations,
- In the event a dispute arises regarding the content of the review, county and consultant agree to meet and confer at least once in an attempt to settle any dispute to the government authority located in Eureka, CA.
