[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide housing construction project for the development of twenty-two vacant, city-owned lots in the diamond square community redevelopment area to the government authority located in Cocoa, FL.
Developer Requirements:
- Be an experienced, stable and financed single-family housing developer who has completed similar projects, preferably in county.
- Be able to develop an aesthetically-pleasing, well-designed project that incorporates innovative features and amenities such as green space and sustainable building techniques.
- Shall be responsible for obtaining, at its sole cost and expense, all architectural and engineering services, permits, surveys, site plan submissions and approvals, any other approvals, appraisals and environmental studies required.
- All plans, without limitation, including final design, layout of the site, landscaping and related plans must be approved by city staff, the planning and zoning board and city council.
- Developer is responsible for building permit fees, impact fees and water or sewer connection fees.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 29, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
