- Transcription Services to create verbatim transcripts of recorded interviews, depositions, and other proceedings, Transcripts should capture each speaker by name, transcription services shall be a typed transcript for each separate recording in a standard deposition format completed in Microsoft Word format (doc or docx) with numbered pages and in a format that can easily be manipulated.
- Document imaging and indexing at sites other than field offices that involve loans, bank records, work papers, and other miscellaneous files where the OIG does not hold exclusive custodial rights and must deploy resources to various sites, Conversion of microfilm or microfiche into a readable, searchable format including .pdf.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
