Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document and media scanning services using scanning resolution of 300 dpi in pdf file format.
- Document imaging or scanning and media conversion of microfiche, microfilm or other media to portable document format with large size drawings and standard size documents converted at a minimum of 300 dots per inch.
- An approximately work volume will be 1 - 10,000 letter and legal size documents (scanning--01-01), greater than 10,000 letter and legal size documents (scanning--01-02), 1 - 1000 scanned image, wide format (scanning--01-03), greater than 1,000 scanned image, wide format, range (scanning--01-04), 1-1,000 image for microfiche conversion (scanning--01-05), greater than 1,000 image for microfiche conversion (scanning--01-06), 1 - 10,000 image for microfilm conversion (scanning--01-07), greater than 10,000 image for microfilm conversion(scanning--01-08), courier charge for pickup and return (scanning--01-09).

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
