Vendor needs to provide transcription and stenographic services on a non-exclusive and as-needed basis,
- Produce verbatim transcriptions of City business, including, but not limited to, meetings held by the City Common Council, the City’s Boards and Authorities; and the City’s Departments, including meetings hosted by the Mayor,
- Produce verbatim transcriptions of hearings and depositions conducted by the City Corporation Counsel, including, but not limited to, depositions conducted to examine claims pursuant to General Municipal Law and 50-H as well as employment and disciplinary hearings.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
