[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide local and long-distance telephony services to 35 schools and operational facilities within the division and current telephony configuration consists of ten (primary rate interface) circuits at multiple locations with 2,184 direct inward dial numbers) and 200 Centrex pots (plain old telephone service) lines.
- This includes, but is not limited to, online billing, managed online features through offeror, per line and direct inward dial numbers web based online features offered through offeror
- Reporting of services is required (i.e., a list of all voice mail lines, caller I.D. lines)
- Describe with detail documentation the network facilities to be used to provide local and long-distance phone services
- Ensure that the PRI service can transfer caller ID information on tandem trunk calls
- All direct inward dial numbers will need to have web-based calling features such as but not limited to call forwarding and simultaneous ringing that school can manage
- Offeror must be able to supply (Plain Old Telephone Service) lines at all locations to provide support for security, fire, and elevator
- Offeror must be able to provide monthly detailed billing and account information in an Excel format, at request, at no additional charge
- Offeror proposal shall outline the procedures, timeframes, and costs associated with all options that are required for local and long-distance service changes and reconfigurations
- Offeror is to provide monthly billing by location and as a district
- Offeror must provide a copy of the contract for local and long-distance dial tone phone services based upon what is being offered
- Offeror is to provide local and directory assistance 411 services at no cost to school
- Offeror is to duplicate flat rate service and all auxiliary features, such as UCD, voice mail, paging, 4-digit dialing, auto attendant, and no number change
- Offeror is to state company’s policy with regard to toll fraud and toll abuse
- Offeror is to state if other carriers’ network facilities will be used to originate and terminate local service calls
- Should Offeror sell or aggregate local facilities, a detailed explanation of current traffic and servicing commitments from the primary local carrier is required
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on March 2, 2021.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than March 9, 2021.
