[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide records scanning and digitization services at scanning resolution at 400 pixels-per-inch in text-searchable PDF file format.
- Document content text image of the main body of the page shall be searchable
- Scanning and digitization services shall include the capability to scan single-sided and double-sided records
- Current scanning devices have duplex capability in which both sides are simultaneously scanned
- Scanning shall be performed in the same order as the paper is received and prepped from a box
(2) Approximate work volume will be 6,100,000 images.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than March 2, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
