(1) Vendor needs to provide court reporting and transcription services.
- Court Reporting Services require a qualified court reporter or court stenographer also called stenotype operator, shorthand reporter or law reporter, who transcribes spoken or recorded speech into written form, using shorthand, machine shorthand or voice writing equipment to produce official transcripts of court hearings, depositions, investigations and other official proceedings.
- Transcription Services are defined as the conversion of speech (either live or recorded) into a written or electronic text document, such as a computer file suitable for printing as a document or report. Common examples of transcription are the proceedings of court hearings, depositions, investigations and other official proceedings. Equipment used to capture and transcribe the data needs to be fully operational and serviceable at all times.
(2) This bid is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
