[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide outside legal counsel services may be asked to provide the following general services related to their subject matter specialty,
- Review, draft, or modify documents as requested, including statutes, rules, and plan documents or procedures related to TRS programs and their administration,
- Respond with advice or formal legal opinions or memoranda of law to questions submitted by general counsel, executive director or chief operations and administration officer,
- Attend meetings and hearings, including legislative hearings, to testify, present information, or respond to questions,
- Attend TRS Board meetings when requested by the board, the chairman of the board, the executive director, the chief operations and administration officer, or the general counsel and respond to questions to the government authority located in Huntsville, TX.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 10, 2021.
(3) A contract term will be for two years.

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
