[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide human services client and staff services to the government authority located in Castle Rock, CO.
- Services provided in the home or community that teach mentoring, household management, effectively accessing community resources, parenting techniques, and family conflict management.
- Diagnostic and/or therapeutic services to assess substance dependence and/or improve family communication, functioning and relationships, and to prevent further abuse of drugs or alcohol
- home-based, evidenced-based program for working with adolescents between the ages of 12 and 18 exhibiting antisocial behavior such as repeated legal involvement (truancy, serious defiance and rule violation, aggression, property destruction, running away) and/ or illegal substance use.
- Review various materials to verify assets available, determine hidden or associated accounts/resources, track financial/asset past and current status, and determine when and how assets may have been transferred.
- Secure collection and processing of client samples to determine parentage.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 10, 2021.
