[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide social media services
- to take responsibility for day-day tactics, monitoring, and management of the University’s flagship social channels, including Facebook Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging social platforms,
- Automated reports: provide access to automated, real-time reporting on posts, engagement, and current trends. (This might be via a product such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite.),
- Monthly review: provide a monthly review of social media activity that showing our key KPIs and progress toward goals, as described in our social media strategy
- As-needed reports: in times of crisis or high activity, provide reports allowing IUP to make solid decisions about social media strategy and tactics,
- Within the framework of overall social media strategy, and in collaboration with Marketing and Communications, develop tactical campaigns and content calendars that advance university goals
- Engage with multiple audiences and cultivates social relationships with important influencers.
- Offer factual corrections or alert Media Relations when needed.
- Maintain brand standards, including voice and tone, on all social media channels.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
