(1) Vendor needs to provide warehouse barcoding solution
- employees create and approve purchase requisitions, order and issue in-stock parts and complete inventory management transactions using Infor EAM (v11.6). Purchase orders for direct purchases and inventory reorders are received with Oracle E-Business Suite (v 12.1.3). Both systems are on-prem and integrated with customized BAIM middleware,
- Parts must be charged to Infor Work Orders.
- Stock numbers and bin locations are barcoded.
- Stock parts are ordered weekly based on usage, min/max and forecasted demand.
- Pull Stock Parts:
- Print Pick Ticket
- Display results
- Automatically update inventory
- Indicate inventory errors
- Validate transaction,
- Issue parts
- Send notification to requestor
- The solution must update inventory when stock parts are added, transferred issued/removed.
