Government Authority located in Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for liquor sales, inventory and purchasing system.

[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide liquor sales, inventory and purchasing system
- The system will also quote and purchase spirits
- Electronic Quotation: Quote new products, Submit product changes for label, bottle size, proof and case size,
- Manufacturing Wholesale Product Registration: Allows suppliers to register their beer, wine (including cider), and mixed spirit beverages, Wholesaler product association.   Designation of supplier’s wholesaler, Lists alcohol content for wine, appellation (if designated), brand name, fanciful name, and country of origin,
- Sales Inventory and Purchasing System: sending the order and invoice files to this system via webservices, still use the Mainframe system to do their balancing since the ADAs send the invoice and order files to Mainframe as well,
- Mainframe: Tracks Sales, Inventory & Purchasing, balances wholesale purchases,
- Payment Balancing & Revenue Distribution:
- Processing Gross Orders on the Mainframe which generates a purchase order (daily)
- Weekly Purchase order runs on the mainframe and combines the daily purchase orders for the week and creates a report,
- Licensees send in their payments to the state through either direct deposit or cash/check deposited by the ADA driver.
- Profit from liquor sales is transferred to the State’s General fund.  Revenues from liquor taxes and license fees are transferred for state services and local schools and municipalities.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 15, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
