(1) Vendor needs to provide defence services and provide attorneys and such other services as are necessary to assure constitutionally-effective assistance for the indigent criminal defendants or parties in all phases of criminal actions and certain civil actions, including conservatorships, adoptions and child support proceedings for the defendant/party, motions, writs, trials, preliminary hearings, violation of probation hearings, report and sentencing, and legal research to the government authority located in Visalia, CA.
(2) A conference will be held on April 7, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 29, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
