(1) Vendor needs to provide data capture services that must be converted into an electronic file and uploaded into the city’s computer system.
- Employers send the City multiple paper formats of w-2s including four verticle, four horizontal records per page, five vertical records per page, five horizontal records per page, six horizontal records per page, etc. and all must be converted either by keying or by scanning.
- The historical volume of W-2 forms processed has averaged approx. 67,000 per year.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 11, 2021.
