[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide computer-based employee selection assessments with remote delivery capability services
- Vendor Supplied Assessments - Selection assessments that can be applied to several position types/families. This may be satisfied via:
- A limited or common suite of assessments that can be appropriately modified/adapted for use across many positions per local validation; or
- A representative suite of applicable assessments such as access to a proprietary catalog for use across many positions per local validation,
- Assessments must be able capable of local validation via a job analysis questionnaire, transportability survey, local validity study and/or similar method,
- Technology/Platform:
- The vendor must provide a web-based platform that manages the administration, storage, and processing of assessments,
- Remote & Asynchronous Delivery:
- Candidates must be able to complete assessments using a personal computer, tablet, or mobile device via a common browser or accessible application,
- Host Proprietary Tests:
- to assessments supplied by the vendor, the platform must be capable of hosting assessments developed,
- The vendor must provide the ability for administrators to easily change, edit, or customize proprietary assessment content (i.e., questions, answers, score weights, etc.) hosted on the
vendor’s platform,
- Security & Access:
- Ability for candidates to easily access the features by computer or mobile device using an assigned password.
- Ability to provide candidate access to site (e.g., password access) for a predefined time, or other method to limit access after submitting,
- Ability to interact and access system in a Windows 7 environment with internet browsers (Internet Explorer 11 or later, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome), for desktops and laptops,
iPads with browsers (Safari ), and Android and Apple mobile devices,
- Configurability:
- Ability to process/administer assessments in bulk (e.g., schedule/send invitations to multiple applicants at one time),
- Ability to add branding to the candidate’s view of pages,
- Volume:
- Provide a number of test uses suitable for the assessment of applicants to meet hiring volume,
- Storage & Records:
- Retains ownership of all applicant data including, results, reports, candidate information, scores/ratings, developed information on the system,
- ATS Integration:
- Must be capable of all features with and without application tracking system (ATS) integration
- Must be capable of two-way integration with the Taleo Enterprise edition ATS,
- Implementation / Project Management Support:
- Operational and customer service support to include contact and coordination with stakeholders; planning implementation tasks/needs; and assisting with resolving implementation
issues/challenges,
- Able to provide implementation services and system training to support SAAS integration into the Authority’s infrastructure
- The system will be fully functional, tested, and signed-off within three weeks after notice to proceed at each phase of implementation,
- Training & Instructional Support:
- Training for administrators in the navigation/use, setup, and maintenance of the platform before implementation. This may include live training sessions or access to comprehensive web-based materials.
- Ad hoc training sessions and/or access to web-based training materials for administrators and users upon signification upgrades or changes to the platform
- Recording of any live training sessions (e.g., Zoom meetings) and making the videos available for viewing or use in in-house training,
- Technical Assistance & Customer Support:
- Able to provide technical services, operation services and customer services support throughout the service lifecycle
- Technical assistance made available for applicants on 24/7 basis,
- Customer service made available to administrators on 24/7 basis.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 9, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
