[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide information technology technical support services at each location to the government authority located in Springfield, OH.
- 24/7 Monitoring of Servers, Workstations, Network Equipment and Network Printers; Monitor Server/Desktop Operating System; Manage all active directory users and distribution list; Network server access logging and file structure integrity checks on a daily basis; Quarterly Back-Up Restore testing and replacement of media if necessary; Firewall administration and monitoring, attach prevention and protection; Monitor SQL Server and Database maintenance task; Monitor Exchange Server, and respond within two (2) hours if an issue occurs; Monitor IIS Server; Monitor ISA Server and perform monthly intrusion detection & preventive testing; Manage daily & off-site back-up systems and monitor errors; Liaison to internet service provider and other vendors on a as needed basis to ensure network uptime and reliability; Patching Updates, antivirus and antispyware updates on all servers and workstations; Test all Microsoft updates and patches prior to releasing them on site to ensure Microsoft update does not cause downtime on the site; Update all general third-party add-ons, such as Java, Adobe Reader, etc. as update become available; ightly deployment of new and updated antivirus definitions as well as immediate deployment of new definitions if a critical update alert is received by our NOC  Unlimited remote support and training via toll-free helpdesk to all employees from at a minimum 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Inventory alerts that will cover Hardware, Software, Patch Management and blacklisted USB devices; Automatic detection of all devices and brands on the network and detection of rogue PC's or devices; Daily vulnerability and penetration testing; Blacklisting of USB devices and software: provide the ability to alert when an employee plugs in a USB hard drive or flash drive and blacklisted software with immediate notification of any blacklisted software installed on any workstation; Server Usage reports, what employees are using, what resources and the frequency of the activity; Monitor bandwidth usage on the network and send daily, weekly, or monthly reports to the executive for any illegal internet usage and recommend what can save bandwidth during peak usage times; Executive summary reports monthly to include network health, total service ticket summary, user usage summary, asset utilization summary, firewall attack outbreak and defense, prevention summary and email usage; Server down emergencies shall have a two (2) hour or less response time; Critical workstations shall have a two (2) hour response time; Research for technology needs for future growth.
