[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide third party provider for equitable services s for Title I, II, III, IV, and CARES Act for non-public schools that services eligible non-public children to the government authority located in Stockton, CA.
- Equitable services or benefits may be provided by a Local Education Agency or by a contractor who is independent from the non-public school and any religious organization. Equitable services must be secular, neutral, and non-ideological. The equitable services will be provided in a private school under the same conditions, and subject to the same limitations, as if the district provided the services. Teachers hired by the Third-Party Provider must be appropriately licensed for the instruction provided,
- Academic Content Tutoring:
- The Equitable Services Plan must include strategies that focus on areas identified on variety of academic indicators and/or teacher input whereas students are required to demonstrate skill knowledge through individual and group projects, both through verbal and written expression as a result of a completed comprehensive needs assessment,
- Professional Development for Teacher Capacity Building (Title I and II):
- Academic Content Strategies:
- The Third-Party Provider will assist in the development of a professional development program after consultation with teachers and administrators. Address the areas/topics of greatest need and document in the Equitable Services Plan,
- Third-Party Provider shall allow monitoring of all services provided as requested, including supportive documentation related to financial billing,
- Well Rounded Education, Safe & Healthy Students, Technology (Title IV):
- Comprehensive, proven to be effective activities and opportunities designed to meet the needs of the students at non-public schools participating in the given year. All equitable services must be aligned to the campus needs assessment developed by the school and must target one of the three focus areas to increase student academic achievement by providing student support and academic enrichment and is documented within the Equitable Services Plan.
- Provide the district documentation that the eligible services occurred.
- Provide the district regular ongoing reporting (monthly) of the services utilized
- Provide the district an end-of-the-year evaluation of the Title IV program.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 14, 2021.
