[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide cybersecurity assessment, network security monitoring and IT help desk services to the government authority located in Orland Park, IL.
- to assess the current state of information technology security, identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in IT operations; internal controls, policies and procedures; and services, software, and hardware infrastructure.
- security assessment proposal must include, but is not limited to, the following areas: Penetration Testing, PCI/HIPAA/CJIS Compliance, Benchmarking against CIS Security Controls/NIST Security Framework, Vulnerability Assessment, Physical security of information technology infrastructure, software, and platforms, Hosted SaaS Platforms, Internet, Email, Mobile Devices, Mobile Networking
- network security monitoring managed services: 24 Hour X 7 Days a Week X 365 Monitoring, Detection, and Response, A data analytics platform that evaluates an organization’s activity using multiple detection technologies and techniques, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Behavioral Based Detection and Analytics, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Zero Day Exploit Database, Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), Intrusion Detection System (IDS)
- Help Desk Managed Services:
- Desktop Administration Services: Perform basic initial first line end user support functions including personal computers, laptops, printers, copiers, peripherals; diagnosing and correcting desktop application problems, standard applications and network services, identifying and correcting end user hardware problems. Escalate desktop and server software issues when direct user contact with the firm is no longer productive
- proposal must include service that provide, but are not limited to, the following areas: Technology Infrastructure Assessment, 24 Hour by 7 Days a Week by 365 Help Desk Services, Help Desk Service Request Ticketing System, Personal Computer (PC) Workstation Support, Laptop Computer Support, Apple Mobile Device (iPad, iPhone) Support, Mobile Device Management Software Support, Verizon MiFi (Hotspot) Support, End User Printing Support for Konica Minolta, Xerox, and HP Multi-Functional Printers and Desktop Printers, Connecting and Troubleshooting Client Device Connectivity to VILLAGE Network Resources.
