[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide utilities on-call consulting services to the government authority located in Stafford, VA.
- Perform consulting services including, but not limited to, utility system master planning, capital improvement program planning, rate studies, scheduling and estimating, utility system modeling and analysis, Infiltration/Inflow studies, criticality/vulnerability studies, Capacity Maintenance Operation Monitoring programming, utility benchmarking, asset management, analysis of grant opportunities, regulatory actions and reporting for a public water distribution and sanitary sewer collection system.
- Water Quality
Perform consulting services including, but not limited to, water audits and leak detection study, lead and copper regulations, Water Supply Plan, Safe Yield Analysis, all regulatory permitting, all other water quality aspects for a public water distribution and sanitary sewer collection system.
- Project Management Services
Perform consulting services including, but not limited to, utility or capital project management, staff augmentation, plan review quality control, quality assurance and prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures; design standards and process for County projects and private development projects; project financials for a public water distribution and sanitary sewer collection system.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on May 24, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
