[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial off-the-shelf customer relationship management solution to replace its custom-developed Integrated Tourism Solution to allow more efficient delivery of services to Tourism staff, visitors, and tourism operators.
- Provide a user-friendly and intuitive self-service portal that will enhance the customer experience and contain service catalogue items for tourism operators
- workflow and approvals automation and management capability
- Support the customization of business process workflows to enable electronic approvals
- Allow operators to enter relevant data and retrieve reports, i.e. occupancy reports
- Improve data-based decision-making processes
- Store and maintain the tourism operator's metadata through an efficient data structure that supports data querying and reporting
- ability for tourism operators to submit feedback and general inquiries to Tourism via multiple mediums such as web forms and email
- end-to-end data migration services to Tourism to move the existing data into the system, including data cleanup, mapping, and import.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 19, 2022.
(3) Contract period will be three years.

Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
