Vendor needs to provide web-based TRAIN learning network subscription to the government authority located in Colorado.
- Web-based catalog of course listings and database of learner records that is dynamically linked across TRAIN affiliates, enabling learners to simultaneously search for courses available locally, regionally, and nationally, as well as online or on-site.
- Approve courses and course providers
- Manage and export Affiliate’s course, course provider, and learner databases
- Manage resources, discussion boards, announcements, and other learner support features on Affiliate site
- Register learners for courses and manage attendance
- Collect feedback from learners online using the evaluation tool or rating tool.
- Grant role-based access for specific administrative functionality to others in the same organization.
- Generate custom reports on data fields in the courses, users, and course registrations data tables, and share those reports with other administrators in the same organization.
- Generate individual or aggregate course roster reports.
- Share course provider administrative tools with partner organizations, such as the ability to post courses, manage rosters, deliver assessments and evaluations, and provide certificates.
- Develop training plans (curriculums) consisting of any courses available to the Affiliate.
