(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits broker services for its various benefits options including medical, dental, vision, FSA, HRA, and disability plans to the government authority located in Wisconsin.
• Analysis, recommendation, marketing, negotiation, and placement of insurance coverage(s).
• Compliance, communications and administrative support.
• Ongoing support, advice, training and guidance throughout the policy period(s) for any and all claims, additions, and deletions.
• Serving as a liaison and advocate for the village in resolving vendor issues.
• Support for all open enrollment activities.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 20, 2022.
(3) Contract term will be two years.
