[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide Vulnerability Management Lifecycle Solution to help evaluate the effectiveness of technical and operational controls at the City
-    Provides a full vulnerability management lifecycle solution that scans, identifies, and reports vulnerabilities using a risk-based model that incorporates multiple factors such as:
    Vulnerability severity
    Age of vulnerabilities
    Ease of vulnerability exploit
    Quantification of risk.
-    Allows for unlimited scans for a minimum of 3,000 IP addresses or external web application domains annually.  IP addresses for City’s assets includes, but is not limited to, servers, workstations, IoT devices, and network equipment
-    Scans City assets and external web application domains using the Open Web Application Security Project Top 10 list (https://owasp.org/www-project-top-ten/).
-    Allows scanning of Windows, Linux, databases, applications, network, and IoT devices using agent and agentless methodologies.
-    Allows scanning without preventing the asset from being used for normal business activity.
-    Scans multiple assets and/or domains simultaneously
-    Includes a vulnerability scanning component for industrial control systems.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 23, 2022.
(3) This RFP Intent to Respond no later than May 30, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
