(1) Vendor needs to provide covid-19 response team staffing services to fill the following positions to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH.
- COVID-19 response team members (up to 10), team members will be cross-trained and expected to perform any or all the job roles below. assignment job roles are at the discretion of city health department
• Special assignment contact tracers and case investigators - skilled in outbreak investigations
• Data support contact tracers
• Infection prevention
• Vaccine site support (onsite administrative support)
• Vaccine scheduling
• Epidemiological outbreak investigation support.
(2) The term of contract will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
