(1) Vendor needs to provide professional architectural and engineering services for facility usage assessment services to the government authority located in Cleveland, OH.
- Hire a creative interdisciplinary team qualified and experienced in space, workflow, and
customer service planning for large, complex organizations, as well as technical building
and systems conditions assessments.
- Block plans showing current occupancy, including departments, divisions, and number of employees in each area
- Block plans showing recommended configuration, including departments, divisions, and number of employees in each area.
- Indicate level of physical upgrades or renovations required in each area, including finishes, space reconfiguration, customer service, interface, etc.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on May 26, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 1, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
