[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search firm services to the government authority located in East Meadow, NY.
- The vendor will be responsible to identify and develop roles and responsibilities for all phases of the search process, and will assist in the development of a communications plan for the search
- The selected vendor will prepare a position specification document that identifies the basic responsibilities, reporting relationships, desirable experience and professional characteristics and qualifications required for the successful candidate
- The vendor will collaborate with Leadership in the identification and evaluation of candidates. The vendor will be responsible for conducting reference checks
- Following interviews, the vendor will de-brief Leadership and, if necessary, identify additional candidates. The vendor will be responsible for notifying non-selected candidates.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 31, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
