[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide project evaluation and data analysis services to the government authority located in White Plains, NY.
- Project Evaluation:
- Evaluate processes and outcomes at the project and/or system-wide level based on criteria set forth by the Board; report the results to relevant entities (grantees, subcommittees, etc.).
- Conduct an annual gaps analysis of the needs and services available within the geographic area for people experiencing homelessness; report results to the Board comparing to prior analyses.
- Review the program performance for each recipient, sub-recipient, and Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) recipient; produce status reports based on the review
- Data Analysis:
- Conduct an annual Racial Equity Analysis of the services offered to persons experiencing homelessness; report the results to relevant entities
- Help determine, with relevant entities, other data analyses to be conducted using data extracted from HMIS and other sources that provide useful information to the Board for decision making. Conduct the analyses and report findings to the relevant entities.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 16, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
