[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide temporary help voter hotline service for pertinent information relating to election processes and procedures, voting rights, voting locations, vote by mail voting, and other important election information include transcribing voice messages, data entry, proofing, filing, mail processing, and lifting and organizing boxes.
• Contractor shall provide workers that are available at a minimum, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Contractor shall ensure full staffing on Election Day and the day before Election Day, from 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.
• Contractor shall ensure full staffing on Election Day and the day before Election Day, from 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. provides election materials and services in English, Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin), Hindi, Khmer, Korean, Japanese, Tagalog, Thai, and Vietnamese.  
• Provide notice to the Contractor regarding the amount of temporary staff needed and the anticipated dates per hours workers will be needed.
• Provide point of contact for staffing-related communications.
• Contractor shall provide single point of contact to communicate staffing needs, staffing issues, or other necessary communications.
• Contractor shall ensure staff are informed in advance of the general nature of the work, consisting primarily of answering/returning live phone calls.
• Contractor shall provide an initial roster of staff and make every reasonable effort to provide a continual and consistent roster as requested to maintain full staffing
• Temporary Staff must be familiar with using the internet, phones, and other standard office equipment.
