[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide six sigma process improvement consultant services to measure and improve processes and processing times for multiple projects around operations such as licensing and registration production, document imaging, incoming and outgoing mail, data entry, and print operations using industry recognized process improvement methodologies to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.
- Advise on data analysis, tracking, and methodologies for continuous improvement and performance against benchmarks.
- Documentation of the process steps for each workstream, including cycle times for each step.
- Development and delivery of materials for staff and managers to transfer knowledge and support the to-be processes.
- The Management Plan must describe the methodology, tools, technical approach and activities, risks and issues tracking, and proposed team structure along with resource classifications that will conduct the activities.
- The management plan must include schedules for the assigned workstreams.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 19, 2022
