[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide developing, producing and delivering various communications and media relations services including the production planning.
• Support planning and implementation of media relations, marketing communications and creative strategy.
• Attend and participate in all state of the county planning
• Support all creative development of theme and marketing collateral
• Pitch and research all potential video stories, as well as plan for interviews and production, handle all on-site interviews and participate in editing and final video series development
• Plan for and participate in video presentations for board of supervisors including: writing copy and scripts, planning for and production implementation, oversight and recommendations for supporting b-roll for county board of supervisor’s video production and participation in final video presentation
• Develop draft and final versions of run of show and presenters’ script(s)
• Support creative planning and implementation in increasing audience participation
• Develop media relations and articles supporting promotion and sponsorship of State of the County event
• Provide support for event production, as needed
• Provide script development, production oversight for all supporting video content including opening and closing video presentations
• Participate in planning for new state of the county concepts
• Curation and creation of social media calendar for economic development social media outlets
• As needed, copywriting for business articles both internal and external, social media posts, review of flyers and other marketing and communications materials produced by the county economic development team
• Research County role in business events and conferences, that include sponsorship and advertising
• Provide advertising copywriting and content development support.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 20, 2022
