Vendor needs to provide dependent eligibility verification audit services to include an assessment of the dependent application process, relevant risk factors and corresponding internal processes currently in place to audit data annually to the government authority located in Dallas, TX.
- Provide various avenues for employees to provide required documents and information
- Provide follow-up requests included but not limited to mailing and/or voice calls indicating the member-specific missing and/or incomplete documentation and deadline for submission
- Provide weekly summary updates containing a status summary as well as details of audit participants who are listed as unresponsive, incomplete, ineligibles suspended as well as mail returns or address updates
- Develop and document the dependent audit work plan and approach.
