Vendor needs to provide behavioral health housing inventory and legislative report services to the government authority located in Olympia, WA.
1. Data Collection
- Develop a research and data collection plan. The contractor will collect (through interviews and surveys when necessary) and analyze data to meet project requirements and objectives outlined in the legislative provision.
2. Report Development and Drafting
- Produce a report with guidance and review from project team members in compliance
with the legislative requirements set forth above. The report will present the findings of
the research conducted by the contractor and consultant.
o Develop an appropriate timeline that allows for iterative draft review by the project team.
3. Project Management
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings. Meetings should be scheduled to align with the contractor’s findings from the data gathering and analysis, and with key decisions needed from the project team
