- Scheduled On-Site Support
- A site visit scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance of Activu being on site to complete basic preventive maintenance to the installed system
- Emergency On-site Support
- An issue specific Activu engineer and technician being scheduled to arrive on site within 1-5 days of the determination that on-site support is needed.
- Shall provide and assign a designated person who shall act on behalf as the system operator
- Ensure that its personnel are adequately trained by Activu in the use of isolation and diagnostic programs and procedures
- Throughout the term of this agreement, company shall control site environmental conditions
