Vendor needs to provide Facebook live event hosting services to promote PTSD Treatment as well as PTSD Screening
- A Facebook Live event can expand brand awareness and engagement with key Veteran stakeholders and provide real-time commenting and live reactions between a host and viewers. Created content can then also serve as a long-term promotional piece for ongoing awareness
- To host a Facebook Live event for approximately one hour that involves up to four subject matter experts (SMEs) speaking about and answering questions around PTSD, PTSD treatments, and screening
- Facebook page to promote and host this event. The anticipated audience is around 1,500 people and the target audience includes Veterans and the public
- Technical and Production Development –Each will use a third-party streaming service to display their video, which will be combined and exported to the live video stream to Facebook Live. The contractor will consider both Video Broadcasting/Mixing Software and Video Conferencing Software to come up with the best solution
- Production Design – The contractor will develop scenes, transitions, and the overall look and feel of the presentation to create a seamless broadcast to Facebook Live
- Content Management – The contractor will develop production-ready content for individual presentations when slide decks or other visual aids will be used in the presentation. We may also want to incorporate countdown timers or videos to play before the Facebook Live event begins
- Presenter Preparation –will ensure that presenters are comfortable from a technical standpoint for the event by providing the following services: Audio/Video Checks for Presenters –to check video and audio quality, as well as assist in adjusting lighting, audio/video settings, and any additional changes needed to ensure a high-quality production
- Facebook Live Chat Moderator Preparation- The contractor will provide a Chat Moderator that is familiar with the moderation tools available in the Facebook Live space.
